I would hope that a day like today can cause us all to come together as one instead of dividing over political tags. Both liberals and conservatives have died fighting for this country. I doubt they asked the person next to them which party they voted for and then decided whether or not to have that person's back based on the answer. They did what they needed to do as a unit and some, sadly, paid the ultimate price. Celebrate that today in the midst of the pool parties, barbecues, and boat outings.
