Members of the Denton County Young Republicans held an election watch party at Square One Sidewalk Cafe in Old Town Lewisville Tuesday night, where they celebrated at least the local Republican victories. Ted Cruz handily won the race for U.S. Senate, and Michael Burgess won his race for re-election as U.S. Representative.

DCYR Vice President Eric Mahroum said about 50 people attended their party.
