There was another accident Friday with DCTA's A-train. A car was rear-ended by another car and pushed onto the tracks as the train was passing. The driver had to be extracted, and was transported to the hospital in Plano.

They've got to be paid somehow or else you end up letting dangerous criminals walk free without so much as being prosecuted. It costs money to live in a civilized society. It would cost us less if we could be more civilized and highly evolved, but cutting courts and justice and expecting to cut real costs is like trying to push string.
