Juan Williams takes the GOP to task for throwing renewable energy under the bus based on Solyndra's failure. I'm surprised Fox News let him publish this, but I appreciate the candor and wish more on the right would drop the hyperbole and be rational about energy and the environment.
There was another accident Friday with DCTA's A-train. A car was rear-ended by another car and pushed onto the tracks as the train was passing. The driver had to be extracted, and was transported to the hospital in Plano.

Courts and the justice system cost money, paid by both taxes and by "user fees" and fines. They've got to be paid somehow or else you end up letting dangerous criminals walk free without so much as being prosecuted. It costs money to live in a civilized society. It would cost us less if we could be more civilized and highly evolved, but cutting courts and justice and expecting to cut real costs is like trying to push string.
That did suck. It's horrifying to think that you could be pushed into a train by a careless driver behind you. I'm glad she's ok, and I hope the other driver had insurance.
