This afternoon, a school bus carrying 27 children collided with a car in Lewisville. Lewisville Fire Department transported four of them to Medical Center of Lewisville as a precautionary measure for very minor injuries. Hospital representatives confirmed that four children had been treated and released.
Fire Chief Tim Tittle didn't have much information about the time, location, or cause of the accident when we spoke to him tonight, but he said that school district personnel were on the scene and everything was well organized.
We were unable to reach a representative from Lewisville ISD at the late hour we became aware of the accident.
