"Former Williamson County prosecutor, Ken Anderson, now a district judge, is accused of prosecutorial misconduct after he hid clearly exculpatory evidence that resulted in an innocent man being sent to prison for 25 years in a wrongful conviction for the death of his wife"
I think he should be immediately removed from the bench, and disbarred. Someone may need to look into the other cases he prosecuted or presided over to see whether additional misconduct has taken place. Unfortunately, reprehensible psychopaths like this are less likely to go to prison and serve their time than people who get caught with marijuana. It's a shame that people like this end up in positions of authority.
What could possibly have possessed this guy to want to ignore the evidence and put someone in prison for a crime they didn't commit? Was it more important for him to get an additional conviction to make his record look good, than for another man to have his freedom? I think that's a clear sign that Anderson is a psychopath.
