I heard on the news this morning that the ban also includes Hotels? This I agree on! Going to a resturant is a choice, but if you have to stay in a hotel for home repairs or for other reasons and you don't smoke...having someone next door and the smoke goes throught the walls, YES the is a good thing! I only wish it could be made for apartments as well!!
