 In a special meeting Saturday afternoon, the Flower Mound Town Council met in closed session to discuss the termination of Town Manager Harlan Jefferson. After discussion with an attorney hired by the Council, Jefferson was placed on paid administrative leave, effective immediately. Jefferson has worked as the Town Manager for about 6 1/2 years. Chuck Springer was appointed as the interim town manager, effective immediately. You can watch the video here.
