Market Street, a United Supermarkets store, is a world-class food concept store that combines the everyday groceries and great prices people need, with all of the specialty items, whole health and gourmet products people could want.
The 70,000 square-foot Coppell-Lewisville Market Street location opens to the public on Jan. 14, 2009, at 6 a.m., with the opening ceremonies at 8:30 a.m.
The store is located at the northeast corner of State Highway 121 and North Denton Tap Road. In addition to featuring the company’s third “A Taste of Market Street” drive-thru store in the supermarket’s parking lot, the Coppell-Lewisville location also will include an in-store health care clinic, drive-thru pharmacy and full-service floral department.
Now in its 92nd year of operation, United Supermarkets, LLC, is a Texas-based, family-owned grocery chain with stores in 28 markets across north and west Texas. A self-distributing company with its headquarters and distribution center in Lubbock, United currently operates 48 stores under three distinct formats: United Supermarkets, Market Street and Amigos United.
