Poster: Anonymous Posted: 2012/3/24 17:19:44 Andy Plunkett lost my support about a year or so ago when alternatives to the three campus plan were being considered. I can't stand him and his whining anymore. I will ONLY support the hiring of someone who lives in the LHS attendance zone and sends his or her own kids to LHS or its feeder schools. I mean, whatever any of them may say, any decision that is good enough for my kid should equally affect the principal's kids. It is easy to say that Plan A is the very best for LHS kids, but if you don't send your own kids to LHS, then you show NO CONFIDENCE in the school. Put up or shut up. Don't take a hefty paycheck from the district if you don't believe in the school. Period. By the way, I feel the same way about teachers/coaches, too. If you don't think the program is good enough for your own kids, get the hell out of the way and let's get someone in who does! |
