I have 1 good comp for a house on Vista that sold near the end of April. It went for $75.81 per square foot. The house is much nicer than mine, in a better location, and approximately 7 years newer. My square foot appraisal is $80.00 per. Using the price per square foot is the most common method of comparison, just divide the square footage of your living area by the appraisal amount |
