I asked Steve,(since he is a reporter) if Chief Kerbow would allow such filth to be sent out over the city of Lewisville Email server…(referring to the racists e-mails) I never told him to sent this article to the Chief of Police. That fact is that Constable Raburn is no longer effective in this office and can not properly manage his office. Next question: Why cant he talk about his former Chief Deputy, and was is his former Chief Deputy supporting Raburns opponent…. |
