Poster: Runfellow Posted: 2012/6/23 17:43:05 Forget the math; his entire argument revolves around the fact that a smoking ban is unconstitutional because it's "taxation without representation". But smokers, like all other citizens, have a vote. They are taxed and they are represented in all levels of government. I stopped reading at that point. I didn't bother with the spam on the other articles. -BC |
