They are both wrong in my opinion. I am not a smoker and my father died at 53 due to a 3 pack a day habit. But I still don’t think we should be telling businesses that they cannot allow their patrons to smoke. Sure, get air handling systems and have smoking and non smoking areas. But not a law that makes it illegal to smoke in the building. I have to agree with Gorena what is next? But I don’t say sweets or fried chicken. I say “what is next, you’re going to tell me I can’t smoke in my house or even outside”. You watch that is next. And to quote Vaughn the government of some states and cities are already doing it. This is just way over the top guys... If you decide to work in a mechanical garage you are going to get grease on you. If you work in a bar you need to understand that you will get smoke on you and will breathe second hand smoke. But wait, from what I see a majority of the people that are in there working smoke as well. hmmm. What about that? |
