How can you sit there and say that you will vote for a smoking ban in Lewisville without listening to the voters? I am not a smoker, but I feel that we or the City, County, State or event he Federal Government does not have the right to tell a private business owner how to run his business. If I go into a restaurant and there is smoking allowed I will choose not to eat at that establishment. I do not have the right to keep the owner or his customers not to smoke. What is wrong with this. The business owner should make these decisions about his business not the Government. What will be next? Someone in my neighborhood offended that I fly the American Flag? Will the City Counsel ban flying American Flags in the City? Come on people .... Smarten up and get with the program. |
