Although I don't recall specifically hearing the "boo" sound, they were about as disrespectful. Like Brandon said, the microphone was not going to pick them up, but you can see their mouths moving. 30:30 begins MacKinnon's tyrade, shouting at the Council. The whole lot of them - Hill, Daniels, Basta, and MacKinnon owe the Council, and the speaker an apology. |
