Poster: Anonymous Posted: 2012/7/22 14:54:42 I only shop at Penney's occassionally and I wouldn't mind the self-checkout but I think of my 87-year-o;d mother and others like her. She will just go to Sears instead even though she likes Penney's better because she won't want to deal with the self-scan checkout. Penney's may be making a mistake on this one. |
