This deliberation shows weak leadership backed up by hollow reasons to justify no action. The board has seven positions for many reasons. Make no mistake, this was a successful power play by two board members who can no longer direct the agenda since Ms Gregg and Mr Knapp are no longer on the board. Instead they decide to derail the process of appointing a replacement for Mr Knapp. Shame on this board for showing such poor leadership and being manipulated into no action. |
